目的:探讨血液净化治疗急性中毒并发多脏器功能障碍综合征的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月收治的应用血液净化治疗的急性中毒并多脏器功能障碍综合征患者30例的临床资料。结果:30例患者中,痊愈出院27例(90.0%),好转出院2例,死亡1例(3.3%),死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论:血液净化能明显改善急性中毒并MODS患者的中毒症状及器官功能,提高急救成功率,降低病死率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of blood purification in treating acute poisoning complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with acute poisoning and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome treated with blood purification from January 2005 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 30 patients, 27 were discharged (90.0%), 2 were discharged and 2 were discharged. One died (3.3%) and died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion: Blood purification can significantly improve the poisoning symptoms and organ function of patients with acute poisoning and MODS, improve the success rate of emergency treatment and reduce the mortality.
