目的 :探讨肠内营养在腹部肿瘤患者术后的应用价值。方法 :回顾性分析我院 2 0 0 1年 6月~ 2 0 0 3年 6月间5 0例接受腹部手术的肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 :通过肠内营养 ,患者的体重、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白以及淋巴细胞计数均有不同程度的提高 ,其中前白蛋白、血清白蛋白及淋巴细胞计数增高明显 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且无并发症的发生。结论 :肠内营养能够显著改善腹部手术患者的营养状况 ,明显提高患者的免疫功能 ,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective: To investigate the value of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with abdominal tumor. Methods: The clinical data of 50 patients with tumors undergoing abdominal surgery between June 2001 and June 2003 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The patients’ body weight, hemoglobin, prealbumin, serum albumin and lymphocyte count increased by enteral nutrition. The prealbumin, serum albumin and lymphocyte counts increased significantly, with significant difference (P <0 05), and no complications occurred. Conclusion: Enteral nutrition can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing abdominal surgery, significantly improve the patient’s immune function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
