为使建筑节能评价更加科学与客观,在充分考虑客户需求基础上,利用主成分分析方法,从节能技术先进性、经济效益性及经济技术综合评价等多个视角出发,建立综合的建筑节能评价体系,制作出建筑节能综合评价模型,并对模型进行了实例验证。在进行建筑节能综合评价时,根据主成分分析的降维思想可以把较多的指标转化为少量的综合指标,从而合理的进行综合评价,为科学决策提供参考。
In order to make the evaluation of building energy efficiency more scientific and objective, based on the consideration of customers’ requirements and using the principal component analysis method, this paper establishes a comprehensive assessment of building energy efficiency from the perspectives of energy-saving technology advanced, economic efficiency and economic and technological comprehensive evaluation System, to produce a comprehensive evaluation model of building energy efficiency, and an example of model validation. In the comprehensive evaluation of building energy efficiency, according to the principal component analysis of the idea of reducing dimensions can be more indicators into a small amount of comprehensive indicators, so as to conduct a reasonable comprehensive evaluation, to provide a reference for scientific decision-making.
