最近,山东省淄博市张店区柳泉路邮政支局营业员范琳琳被评为三星级营业员,工资单上赫然多出了486元。拿到了比同岗一星级人员多的薪酬,她心里很是高兴,同岗不同酬,横向拉开了档次,更激发了她争做更高星级营业员的信心。范琳琳是淄博局实施职业生涯规划中首批受益者之一,如她这样的受益者淄博局就有166名之多。自邮电分营以来,淄博市邮政局每年都有人员跳槽,人才流失造成企业“失血”。为了让员工安心工作,增强员工对企业的忠诚度,构建和谐企业,淄博局决定着手为员工实施“职业生涯规划”。
