应用经食道心房调搏对20例正常足月新生儿进行心脏电生理检查,并对1例新生儿心房扑动(AF)患儿诱发及终止成功。结果表明:新生儿窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)为487.0±87.9ms,校正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT)为127.8±79.1ms,窦房结恢复时间指数(SNRTI)为134.3±19.1%,窦房传导时间(SACTp)为46.6±33.5ms,房室结有效不应期(AVNERP)为197.2+±37.1ms,心房有效不应期(AERP)为147.1±28.7ms。新生儿也能耐受此项检查,结果作为新生儿心脏电生理学正常指标的参考。
Twenty patients with normal full-term newborns underwent cardiac electrophysiological examination using transesophageal atrial pacing, and one case of neonatal atrial flutter (AF) was induced and terminated successfully. The results showed that the SNRT was 487.0 ± 87.9 ms, the corrected sinus node recovery time (CSNRT) was 127.8 ± 79.1 ms, and the sinus node recovery time index (SNRTI) was 134.3 ± 19.1%, SACTp was 46.6 ± 33.5ms, AVNERP was 197.2 ± 37.1ms, and atrial effective refractory period was AERP) was 147.1 ± 28.7 ms. Newborns can also tolerate this test, the results as a neonatal cardiogram electrophysiological indicators of normal reference.
