本文介绍了基于脉冲电磁场的骨折愈合刺激仪的原理与临床实验研究。采用15Hz准脉冲群,5ms脉冲群延时的刺激波形产生0~8Gauss(0-8×10-4T)连续可调的磁场强度,临床应用26例表明该方法可有效地治疗骨折后骨不连及延迟愈合等疾高,其总有效率为96.2%。
This article describes the principle and clinical experimental study of fracture healing stimulator based on pulsed electromagnetic field. Using a 15Hz quasi-burst group, the 5ms pulse group delay stimulation waveform generated 0-8 Gauss (0-8×10-4T) continuously adjustable magnetic field intensity. Clinical application of 26 cases showed that this method can effectively treat non-union And the delay of healing and other diseases, the total effective rate was 96.2%.
