今年春季开学,学校课程表上有了一门新课——午间静修。每到静修课时,在教室、在图书馆、在练琴房,同学们或凝神静坐,或伏案而眠,或轻松默读,或轻抚琴弦。此时此刻,楼宇之间,和风习习,花树之上,鸟语虫飞,间或有一缕琴音飘过,校园一派静谧与空灵。静修课开了几个月,师生们多有感触:校园少了喧嚣,环境更洁净,同学们精神劲儿更足,课堂上教与学的效率更高。静修,正在慢慢改变着学校与学生的气质、品格与精神状态。我们深信,对于学校发展
In the spring of this year, there is a new lesson on the school curriculum – retreat in the afternoon. During each retreat, students can sit in the classroom, in the library, or in the piano room, or sit quietly, or sleep at their desks, or they can easily read silently or gently. At this moment, between the buildings, the breeze, the trees, the birds and insects fly, and there is a sound of music. The campus is quiet and ethereal. After several months of retreats, many teachers and students felt that campuses were less embarrassed, the environment was cleaner, the students were more energetic, and teaching and learning were more efficient in the classroom.
