积极心理学认为,教师的自我决定和教学行为正相关,自我决定程度越高,其行为就显现为自我决定行为;自我决定程度越低,其行为就显现为被动决定行为。文章通过调查、课堂观察及访谈,研究国内高校英语教师在实际教学过程中的自我决定程度及其与课堂教学行为的关系。
Positive psychology holds that teacher’s self-determination is positively related to teaching behavior. The higher the degree of self-determination, the behavior appears to be self-determined behavior. The lower the degree of self-determination, the behavior appears to be passive decision behavior. Through surveys, class observations and interviews, the article studies the degree of self-determination and its relationship with the classroom teaching behavior of domestic college English teachers in the actual teaching process.
