目的 研制一种特殊的大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型。方法 手术摘除右肾后 1周 ,重复 2次静注阿霉素 ,观察 2~12周时大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白排泄量和 3个月时的肾功能、病理组织学改变。结果 模型组大鼠除呈明显肾病综合征表现外 ,血尿素氮和肌酐水平较正常组明显增加 ,尿渗透压降低 ;病理学检查显示该组大鼠硬化肾小球增多 ,小球硬化指数增加 ,小管间质炎症细胞浸润 ,灶性小管萎缩。结论 右肾摘除和阿霉素注射均可导致肾损害 ,两者联合应用可在 3个月内制备出慢性肾功能不全模型
Objective To develop a special rat chronic renal insufficiency model. Methods One week after removal of the right kidney after surgery, rats were intravenously injected with doxorubicin twice a day for 2 to 24 weeks. Urine protein excretion at 24 hours and renal function and histopathological changes at 3 months were observed. Results In addition to obvious nephrotic syndrome, the levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly increased and the urine osmolality was lower in the model group than that in the normal group. Pathological examination showed that the sclerosing glomeruli increased and the glomerulosclerosis index increased , Tubulointerstitial inflammatory cell infiltration, focal tubule atrophy. Conclusion Right kidney and doxorubicin injection can lead to renal damage, the combination of the two can be prepared within 3 months of chronic renal insufficiency model
