我公司党支部书记由专职改为兼职是在去年2月至4月之间进行的,到现在已有一年的时间。全公司组建360个党支部中,兼职书记有312个,占总数的86.7%,主要采取主任(队长、科长)兼书记或副主任(副队长、副科长)兼书记两种兼职方式。一年来的实践使我们体会到,实行党支部书记专改兼,有利于在基层从组织上保证经理(厂长)对两个文明建设全面负责;有利于基层党的工作与生产经营活动紧密结合,更好地发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用;有利于培养既懂生产行政管理,又会做党务工作的新型基层干部。
My company’s party branch secretary from full-time to part-time was carried out between February and April last year, up to now a year’s time. Among the 360 branches of the Company, 312 part-time secretaries account for 86.7% of the total, mainly taking the form of two part-time modes: the chief (chief and section chief) and the secretary or deputy director (vice captain and deputy section chief) and secretary. The practice in the past year has made us realize that the implementation of the special rectification and promotion of party branch secretaries is conducive to ensuring that the manager (director) at the grassroots level is fully responsible for the two civilizations and that the work of grassroots units is closely linked with the production and business operations So as to give better play to the role of the party branch in fighting battles. It is also conducive to cultivating a new type of grassroots cadres who understand both production and administration as well as party work.
