本文根据温度变形和砼干缩产生裂缝的机理,采用“抗”与“放”原则,对控制锦州炼油厂焦化装置冷焦水沉淀池池壁裂缝、池壁内表面的温度裂缝、底板的冻胀裂缝、池体的干缩裂缝以及杜绝池壁在模板拉结筋处渗漏等做些尝试,还分析了施工环境温度对湿度裂缝的影响。本文所论对高温介质圆形水池的裂缝控制具有普遍意义。
Based on the mechanism of temperature cracking and crack generation, the principle of “resistance” and “discharge” is used to control cracks in the wall of the cold coke sedimentation tank in the coking unit of Jinzhou Refinery, the temperature cracks on the inner surface of the pool wall, and the bottom plate. Expansion cracks, shrinkage cracks in the cell body, and attempts to prevent leakage of the pool wall at the pull-ribs of the template, etc., were also tried. The influence of the construction environment temperature on the humidity cracks was also analyzed. In this paper, it is of universal significance to control the cracks in a circular pool of high temperature medium.
