本文对牡丹江制药厂采用双酶法生产注射用葡萄糖的安全性(急性毒性、溶血、致热物质)及理化指标进行了综合研究。证明双酶法生产注射用葡萄糖质量是可靠的。葡萄糖是我们人类重要的营养成份之一。它是由淀粉水解后得到的。我国大多厂家采用酸水解和酸酶水解法传统工艺生产葡萄糖。对双酶法生产注射用葡萄糖,国内医药界多年存有争议。但世界上发达国家大都采用双酶法生产葡萄糖。它收率高,对环境不污染,不腐蚀设备。为了更全面了解我国双酶法葡萄糖的质量情况,我们对牡丹江制药厂采用国外技术,用双酶法生产注射用葡萄糖的安全性及理化指标进行全面研究,结果是满意的。
In this paper, Mudanjiang Pharmaceutical Factory by double enzyme method for the production of glucose injection safety (acute toxicity, hemolysis, pyrogenic substances) and physical and chemical indicators of a comprehensive study. Demonstration double enzyme production of glucose for injection quality is reliable. Glucose is one of our important human nutrition. It is obtained by hydrolysis of starch. Most Chinese manufacturers use acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis of traditional production of glucose. On the double enzymatic production of glucose injection, the domestic pharmaceutical industry for many years there is controversy. However, most developed countries in the world use double enzymes to produce glucose. Its high yield, no pollution to the environment, no corrosion of equipment. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the quality of double enzymatic glucose in China, we conducted a comprehensive study on the safety and physical and chemical properties of Mudanjiang Pharmaceutical Factory using foreign technology and double enzyme production of glucose for injection. The results are satisfactory.
