作者所在单位自1976年开始综合应用电离辐射线及高温治疗肿瘤患者。射线使用钴60,280 kVPX线或4-6 MeV直线加速器,每周照射2~5次,每次200~600拉得,总量达1800~4200拉得,分为5~14次投照。微波加温使用2450兆赫,只2例使用915兆赫。参加病例可分两组,甲组患者均有数处病灶,不同病灶分别给以单纯照射、单纯高温或二法并用。乙组患者都给照射与高温并用。加温在每次放疗结束后,具体方法为每周2~3次,每次肿瘤内升42~44℃,维持30~50分钟。共治疗19例,包括鳞癌、腺癌、黑癌、浆细胞瘤,肉瘤及未分化癌等。前后共150余次加温过程中,
