本文通过对绿地集团西北事业部员工培训情况的调查,总结提出绿地集团西北事业部在员工培训方面的优势和不足,以期能为绿地集团西北事业部员工培训的效果提升提出参考。
Based on the investigation of staff training in Northwest Division of Greenland Group, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Northwest Business Unit of staff of Greenland Group in staff training so as to provide reference for the improvement of staff training in Northwest Business Unit of Greenland Group.
