随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,使得了建筑企业所面临的竞争压力越来越大,在这样的背景下,做好建筑工程的造价管理与控制显得尤为重要。在实际的工程建设中,合理的工程预算对建筑工程造价管理与控制工作的更好进行有着非常积极的促进作用。而工程预算审核的实施,其直接目的是为了使得工程预算更加科学、合理,从而为实现建筑工程的资源优化配置,促进其投资效益的最大化打下坚实的基础。本文在对工程预算审查的意义进行分析的基础上,对加强完善建筑工程预算审查的有效途径进行了探讨。希望对相关人士能够有所帮助。
With the continuous development of China’s construction industry, the pressure of competition facing construction enterprises is getting bigger and bigger. Under this background, it is particularly important to do cost management and control of construction projects. In the actual project construction, a reasonable project budget has a very positive promotion effect on the construction project cost management and control. However, the direct purpose of the project budget audit is to make the project budget more scientific and reasonable, so as to lay a solid foundation for optimizing the allocation of resources for construction projects and for maximizing the investment returns.
