用SiO_2,C对SiC纤维进行表面处理后制备成SiC_w/Al复合材料,对其拉伸形变断裂过程的声发射行为进行了研究,并测定了纤维断裂强度和纤维基体间的界面切变度.结果表明界面切变强度、纤维断裂强度和界面性能对纤维的表面处理十分敏感,富SiO_2处理的SiC纤维的界面性能得到改善,而富碳处理的界面变脆.
SiC fibers were treated with SiO_2 and C to prepare SiC_w / Al composites. The acoustic emission behavior of the SiC_w / Al composites was investigated. The fracture toughness and interfacial shear of the fibers were measured. The results show that the interface shear strength, fiber rupture strength and interfacial properties are very sensitive to the fiber surface treatment. The interfacial properties of SiO_2-treated SiC fibers are improved, while the interfacial surfaces are carbonaceous.
