大肠菌群是评价食品卫生情况及受污染程度的最常用指标之一。大肠菌群的检测已是食品安全检测中必不可少的一个项目。本文主要对影响食品中大肠菌群测定结果的几点因素进行分析,以保证食品中大肠菌群检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
Coliform bacteria is one of the most commonly used indicators for assessing food hygiene and contamination levels. Detection of coliforms has become an indispensable item in food safety testing. In this paper, the main factors affecting the determination of coliform bacteria in food are analyzed in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of coliform in food.
