从烤烟叶上分离到一株具有抗真菌能力的枯草芽孢杆菌V1J菌株,初步试验表明,该菌株对防止烟叶霉变有一定的效果。为进一步提高V1J的抗真菌活性,经过紫外诱变获得了抗真菌活性稳定高于亲本的突变株ZX3。对ZX3的生物学特性和抗菌谱研究的结果表明,ZX3的最适生长条件是30℃,pH70,适宜的通气量和36h的培养时间。该菌对几种植物病原真菌和引起烟叶霉变的几种霉菌都有较强的抑制作用。
A strain of Bacillus subtilis V1J with antifungal ability was isolated from flue-cured tobacco leaves. Preliminary experiments showed that this strain had certain effect on preventing mildew of tobacco leaves. To further improve the antifungal activity of V1J, mutant ZX3 with stable antifungal activity higher than that of its parent was obtained by UV mutagenesis. The results of ZX3 biological characteristics and antibacterial spectrum showed that the optimal growth conditions of ZX3 were 30 ℃, pH70, suitable aeration and culture time of 36h. The fungi on several plant pathogens and mold caused by mildew mildew have a stronger inhibitory effect.
