针铁矿法是用于从中性浸出渣中回收锌。热酸浸出液中的铁是用氧化水解工序除去的。本文提出一个在工厂内进行的、用氧代替空气,在一个新型气液反应器进行试验的结果。在流动条件下,停留时间与工厂操作时间类似,在一个反应器内完成亚铁氧化和针铁矿沉淀工序。一个反应器相当于三个工厂槽子所完成的工作。试验过程中发现形成的针铁矿沉淀过滤性能与一般工厂的产物一样良好,含铜锌很少。基于这些结果,估计一个工业规模系统需要槽子数仅为现用空气操作的一半,因此电能和反应用蒸汽会有明显的节省。
The goethite method is used to recover zinc from neutral leach residue. Iron in the hot acid leach solution is removed by the oxidative hydrolysis process. This paper presents the results of a pilot plant experiment carried out in a new gas-liquid reactor using oxygen instead of air. Under flow conditions, the residence time is similar to the plant operating time and the ferrous and goethite precipitation processes are completed in one reactor. One reactor is equivalent to what the three factory troughs do. During the test, it was found that the formation of goethite deposit filtration performance as good as the general factory products, containing very little copper and zinc. Based on these results, it is estimated that an industrial-scale system requires only half the number of tanks to be operated with active air and therefore significant savings in electricity and steam for the reaction.
