该文在分析了目前使用的旋转机械故障的模糊诊断和诊断专家系统存在不足的基础上,提出了一种故障模糊诊断的层次结构模型。该模型是运用领域专家的浅知识,根据各种故障征兆反映故障本质的主次程度不同,建立分层的标准故障类型样本的知识库。在每一层中,根据本层诊断的故障征兆向量,应用模糊模式识别方法识别出属于下一层的故障模式类别,并以此循环,最终诊断出故障的性质。该诊断方法可有效地提高模糊诊断的可靠性。图2参8
Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the current fuzzy expert system for diagnosis of rotating machinery faults, this paper presents a hierarchical model of fuzzy diagnosis of fault diagnosis. The model is based on the shallow knowledge of experts in the field, according to various fault symptoms reflect the nature of the fault primary and secondary different degrees, the establishment of a hierarchical standard failure type sample knowledge base. In each layer, based on the fault symptom vectors diagnosed by this layer, the fuzzy pattern recognition method is used to identify the fault pattern categories belonging to the next layer, and finally the fault type is diagnosed by this cycle.
