目的了解大连市农贸市场、餐饮外环境、绿化带和居民区等不同生态环境蝇类种群构成及其季节变化规律,为蝇类防制提供科学依据。方法 2013年4—11月采用捕蝇笼法调查不同环境蝇种构成和种群密度、重要蝇种季节消长。结果大连市常见蝇种有3科7亚科10属11种,优势种依次为丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇、黑尾黑麻蝇、家蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇,平均密度指数为22.30,蝇类活动高峰期为6—9月,不同生态环境密度指数最高的为绿化带(41.21),其次是居民区(37.50)、农贸市场(19.08),最低的为餐饮外环境(6.85)。结论大连地区蝇类种群密度较高,活动季节较长,种类较丰富。防治工作应以6~9月为重点,并充分考虑丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇、黑尾黑麻蝇、家蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇的生活习性。
Objective To understand the composition and seasonal variation of flies population in different ecological environments such as farmer’s market, catering environment, green belt and residential area in Dalian, and to provide a scientific basis for the control of flies. Methods From April to November in 2013, the fly cage method was used to investigate the composition and population density of fly species in different environments, and the growth and decline of important fly species were observed. Results The common flies species in Dalian were 11 species, 10 genera, 3 families, 7 subfamilies, and the dominant species were Lucilia sericata, Monochamus alternatus, Staphylococcus aureus, Black-tailed black flies, Musca domestica, Aristolochia auricula, average density index (22.30), farmers’ market (19.08), and the lowest for the catering environment (6.85), with the highest level of ecological environment density index being the green belt (41.21), followed by the residential area ). Conclusion The population density of flies in Dalian is relatively high, with longer seasons and more abundant species. Prevention and treatment should be 6 to September as the focus, and give full consideration to the merbure green flies, golden plum flies, stable flies, black-tailed black flies, house flies, giant tail ally flies living habits.
