Objective To understand the geographic distribution, population density and bite rate of Anopheles mosquitoes after malaria elimination in Guangxi Province, and to provide basis for the establishment of prevention and control measures. Methods In the history of the east, west, south, north and north of Guangxi Province, more settlements were found in the history, and the mosquito species with more serious epidemic of malaria were selected as the focal points of investigation. All - Artificial trapping method 3 methods of malaria vector survey, at least 2 to 3 points in each county. Results An Anopheles mosquito population survey was conducted in 14 counties of Guangxi. A total of 3 610 Anopheles mosquitoes were captured, of which 3 025 were caught in the barn, accounting for 98.84% of the total Anopheles sinensis, 0.50%, Anopheles sinensis accounted for 0.03%, spotted, spotted, Kehe and Anonymous were respectively 0.21%, 0.17%, 0.13% and 0.10% Anopheles mosquito species. In the state, Shangsi and Tian’e County, outdoor density survey of Anopheles were carried out. The density of Anopheles sinensis was 54.37 per head and the density of Anopheles stephensi was 0.03 per head. The bite rate was investigated. In July, The highest rate of mosquito bites was 49.75 / (person o night). Anopheles minimus was not found in all cities and counties. Conclusion Anopheles sinensis is the major mosquito species transmitted by mosquitoes in Guangdong Province, and the number of anopheles and anopheles sinensis has been greatly reduced. Anopheles minimus is no longer the main vector for transmitting malaria in Guangxi.
