对20例新诊断的非肥胖的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人,用达美康治疗前后,在口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)中,同步测定血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、C-肽、胰高血糖素水平,外周胰岛素敏感性(SI)用糖代谢清除率/平均血清胰岛素浓度(MSI)的对数表示,MCR 是外周葡萄糖摄取率(M)/平均血糖浓度(MBG),M 为葡萄糖负荷与 OGTT 中葡萄糖空间葡萄糖增加量的差值,结果提示,短期的达美康治疗获得的代谢控制是通过其β-细胞刺激作用引起胰岛素释放增加获得的,SI 无明显升高。
Twenty newly diagnosed non-obese patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) were enrolled in this study. Serum glucose, insulin, C-peptide, and pancreatic hyperglycemia were simultaneously measured in oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) Peripheral insulin sensitivity (SI) is expressed as the logarithm of glucose metabolism clearance / mean serum insulin concentration (MSI), which is the peripheral glucose uptake rate (M) / mean blood glucose concentration (MBG), M is the glucose load and OGTT in glucose spatial glucose differences in the amount of the difference, the results suggest that short-term control of the metabolism of metamycin is obtained through its β-cell stimulated insulin release increased, SI no significant increase.
