目的评价羧甲基壳聚糖锌对Ⅲ度烫伤伤口愈合过程的影响。方法将75只雌性的Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,分别设阴性对照组,羧甲基壳聚糖锌组和海藻酸钙组,所有大鼠背部同样位置用98℃热水烫伤20s造成Ⅲ度烫伤伤口,分别覆盖纱布、羧甲基壳聚糖锌和海藻酸钙,观察不同组大鼠伤口愈合情况,第2、6、11、17天以及第26天计算伤口愈合率、取样测定组织中羟脯氨酸、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和白介素-6(IL-6)的含量,并对伤口组织病理切片进行观察。结果羧甲基壳聚糖锌有效促进烫伤创面愈合前期的TGF-β和IL-6的分泌,促进愈合前期羟脯氨酸的合成和胶原的沉积,进而加快Ⅲ度烫伤伤口的愈合速度,减少创面愈合后期瘢痕的形成,提高愈合质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of carboxymethyl chitosan on wound healing in third degree scald wounds. Methods Seventy-five female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: negative control group, zinc carboxymethylchitosan group and calcium alginate group. All rats were scalded with hot water at 98 ℃ for 20s at the same position on the back Degree scald wounds were covered with gauze, zinc carboxymethyl chitosan and calcium alginate, wound healing observed in different groups of rats, the wound healing rates were calculated on the 2nd, 6th, 11th and the 26th day, Hydroxyproline, transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the wounds were detected. Pathological sections of wounds were observed. Results Carboxymethyl chitosan could promote the secretion of TGF-β and IL-6 in pre-healing wounds and promote the synthesis of hydroxyproline and the deposition of collagen in the pre-healing wounds, and then accelerate the wound healing rate and reduce Wound healing of the formation of scar, improve healing quality.
