采用力学性能测试并借助光学显微镜研究了正火温度对20 mm厚的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH40级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,EH40级船板钢较优的正火温度为850℃;在850~880℃,钢发生动态回复,硬度和冲击韧性随温度升高而下降。
The effects of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and properties of 20 mm-thick TMCP EH40 steel were investigated by mechanical tests and optical microscopy. The results show that the optimum normalizing temperature of EH40 ship steel is 850 ℃. At 850 ~ 880 ℃, the steel reacts dynamically and its hardness and impact toughness decrease with increasing temperature.
