(一)概述汉中地区位于秦岭、巴山之间,属长江水系,雨量充沛,径流量大。该地区已建成大中小型水库335座,总库容3.5亿m~3,基中百万m~3以上的38座(大型1座,中型3座,小(一)型34座)。调研工作是在百万m~3以上水库中选择了比较典型的11座为重点,它们是:南郑县的华山沟、红寺坝、莲花石、锺宝寨、强家湾水库;勉县的红花寺水库;城固的千山、堰沟河、南沙河水库;洋县的(氵党)河、沙河水库。11座水库枢纽的挡水建筑物均为土坝,并建有溢洪道及放水洞。溢洪道是水库枢纽的重要组成部分,关系到枢纽的安全运用。中小型水库的溢洪道,既要有足够的泄流能力,又要形式简单,工程量小,施工容易,运用方便。其布置型式多为开敞式岸边溢洪道。根据地形地质条件的不同,常采用正堰及侧堰进口形
