对26个金针菇品种进行了菌丝培养特性比较,发现菌丝长速、密度、色泽、现蕾难易等,与菇体色泽品系有很好的相关性。通过品比试验,从12个黄菇品种中筛选出产量和商品性状较好的F124菌株。与原推广种F12相比,头潮增产42.2%,总产增加22.3%。从16个白菇品种中选出菌柄直径分别为细、中、粗的F121、F126和白雪2#3个优质高产菌株。同时,还就栽培方法中黄菇“搔菌”与否和白菇不同“搔菌”时间对出菇期和产量的影响进行了研究,结果表明,“搔菌”与否和“搔菌”,早迟对产量影响不明显,黄菇不“搔菌”,可提早4~7天收获,白菇早搔菌,有利于提高出芽整齐率。
The characteristics of mycelium culture of 26 Flammulina velutipes cultivars were compared. It was found that the mycelium grew fast, the density, the color, the ease of budding and so on had a good correlation with the color of the mushroom body. Through the ratio test, 12 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were screened for F124 with good yield and good traits. Compared with the original promotion of F12, head tide increased 42.2% and total output increased by 22.3%. Thirty-six white mushroom varieties were selected from the fine-grained, medium and coarse F121, F126 and Bai Xue 2 # high quality strains. At the same time, we also studied the effects of “scratch bacteria” on the cultivation methods of yellow mushrooms and the different “scratch bacteria” times on the fruiting period and the yield of white mushrooms. The results showed that “scratch bacteria” or “scratch bacteria” , Early or late impact on yield is not obvious, mushroom does not “scratch bacteria” can be harvested 4 to 7 days earlier, white mushroom early scratch bacteria, help to improve budding neatness rate.
