1991年5月31—6月2日,我所召开“中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所学科发展规划讨论会”。为了开好这次对我所今后的发展具有深远意义的讨论会,我所邀请了一些国内知名的岩土力学专家学者出席会议,参加讨论并进行指导。这次会议得到了中国科学院及武汉分院领导的高度重视,院数理化学局詹文山副局长、数力处吴本浔副处长、武汉分院陈宏溪院长等领导同志亲自到会,听取了学科发展规划制订工作的汇报,参加讨论,并作了重要讲话。
1991 May 31 - June 2, I held the “CAS Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Institute of Discipline Development Planning Seminar.” In order to open this seminar that has far-reaching significance for the future development of our country, I have invited some well-known experts and scholars of geotechnical mechanics to attend the meeting, participate in the discussion and give guidance. The meeting was highly valued by the leaders of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Wuhan Branch. Leaders Zhan Wenshan, Deputy Director of Physical and Chemical Administration Bureau of the hospital, Deputy Director Wu Benqiang of the Force Office and Dean Chen Hongxi of Wuhan Branch personally attended the meeting and listened to the formulation of discipline development plan Work report, participate in the discussion, and made an important speech.
