顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟混配防治家蝇的效果研究

目的将100 g/L顺式氯氰菊酯悬浮剂和8.5%甲嘧·高氯氟卫生杀虫泡腾片按不同比例混配后研究对家蝇的防治效果,为提高单剂对家蝇杀灭效果提供实验依据。方法采用药纸接触法测定比较顺式氯氰菊酯与甲嘧·高氯氟及其不同比例混配剂对家蝇的毒力;采用共毒系数法确定混配剂的联合作用;采用药纸接触法测定家蝇抗性倍数;按照农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验方法,测定比较混配剂不同比例对家蝇的表面触杀和空间喷雾杀灭效果。结果混配剂对家蝇的击倒效果较单剂有明显提高。混配剂中顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟浓度比为1∶10和1∶15时,共毒系数分别为317.92和297.70。混配剂对抗性家蝇进行表面触杀时宜使用的有效成分浓度为顺式氯氰菊酯0.33 g/L、甲嘧·高氯氟5.0 g/L,空间喷雾时宜使用的有效成分浓度为顺式氯氰菊酯1.0 g/L、甲嘧·高氯氟15.0 g/L。结论顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟不同比例混配剂对家蝇有明显增效作用。混配剂对抗性家蝇有良好的击倒和致死作用,能够提高防治效果。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of 100 g / L cis-cypermethrin and 8.5% pyrimethamine-HCL-based effervescent tablets on the control efficacy of housefly in different proportions. Methods The drug-to-paper contact method was used to compare the toxicity of cis-cypermethrin with methylpyruvic chloride and its different proportions to housefly. The co-toxicity coefficient method was used to determine the combined effect of compounding agents. The repellent multiples of housefly were determined. According to the pesticide indoor efficacy test method for pesticide registration, the surface contact and space spray killing effects of different proportions of compounding agent on housefly were compared. The results of the mixture of housefly knock-down effect than single-agent significantly improved. The co-toxicity coefficient of cis-cypermethrin and pyrimethamine-HCFC-F was 1:10 and 1:15 respectively, and the co-toxicity coefficients were 317.92 and 297.70 respectively. The effective concentration of the active ingredient of the mixed housefly against housefly should be 0.33 g / L for cis-cypermethrin and 5.0 g / L for pyrimethamine and chlorofluorocarbon. The effective concentration for space spraying should be 1.0 g / L, methyl pyrimethachlor fluoride 15.0 g / L. Conclusion Different concentrations of cis-cypermethrin and pyrimethamine-chlorofluorocompound compound have synergistic effect on housefly. Mixture antagonist house flies have a good knock-down and lethal effect, can improve the control effect.
