利用ANSYS15.0有限元软件对SS400钢种400 mm特厚板坯在过热度为30℃时,不同拉速和不同二冷区水量工况下的凝固过程,进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,板坯在拉速为0.6 m/min时,出二冷区后的角部温度为609.1℃,铸坯中心的温度为1 279.2℃。通过改变拉速和二冷区水量的大小,可以为实际生产中SS400钢种的坯壳厚度确定及连铸工艺改进提供参考。
The finite element method ANSYS15.0 was used to simulate the solidification process of 400 mm thick slab of SS400 steel under the conditions of superheat of 30 ℃, different casting speeds and different secondary cooling zone water conditions. The results show that when the casting speed is 0.6 m / min, the corner temperature of the secondary cooling zone is 609.1 ℃ and the center of the slab is 1 279.2 ℃. By changing the pulling speed and the amount of water in the second cooling zone, it can provide reference for the determination of the shell thickness of SS400 steel and the improvement of the continuous casting process in the actual production.
