[目的]研究棉花秸秆浸提液对小麦根系生长的影响,明确棉花秸秆对小麦根系的化感效应。[方法]以小麦品种扬麦13为材料,设置不同棉花秸秆浸提液水平(0%、1.0%、2.0%、4.0%、8.0%和10.0%),研究浸提液对小麦根系形态指标和生理活性的影响。[结果]棉花秸秆浸提液抑制了小麦根系的伸长,增加了根系平均直径,导致根表面积和根体积降低;浸提液处理诱导了根系活性氧含量升高,导致根系膜脂过氧化程度加剧,进而降低了根系活力,抑制了根系吸水和生物量形成;随秸秆浸提液升高,浸提液中总酚酸含量持续升高,总酚酸含量与根系形态建成和根系生理活性密切相关。[结论]棉花秸秆浸提液通过影响根系活性氧变化限制了根系生长发育并降低了生理活性,浸提液中总酚酸含量是主要限制因子之一。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of cotton straw extract on the growth of wheat roots and clarify the allelopathic effect of cotton stalks on the wheat roots. [Method] With the wheat variety Yangmai 13 as material, the different cotton stalk extracts (0%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 4.0%, 8.0% and 10.0% Physiological effects. [Result] The cotton straw extract inhibited the elongation of wheat roots and increased the average diameter of root system, resulting in the reduction of root surface area and root volume. The treatment of extraction solution induced the increase of root reactive oxygen species (ROS), resulting in the increase of membrane lipid peroxidation Aggravate, and then reduce the root activity, inhibited the root absorption and biomass formation; with the straw extract increased, the total phenolic acid content in the extract increased, the total phenolic acid content and root morphology and root physiological activity close Related. [Conclusion] The cotton straw extract limited the root growth and decreased the physiological activity by affecting the change of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the roots. The content of total phenolic acids in the extract was one of the main limiting factors.
