网损率是电网经济运行和技术管理的综合考核指标。在油田电网中，配电网的网损率在整个网损中占有较大的比重。中国石油天然气总公司九五科技发展规划纲要提出“要使油田电网网损率降低一个百分点”，主要要从降低油田配电网网损实现。但目前尚无计算配电网网损率的精确算法。本文针对油田特点提出的“功率方差法”及其应用软件《油田配电网优化运行、节能降耗决策支持系统》对提高配电网网损率计算精度、统一油田配电网网损率计算方法，使各油田配电网节能效果和管理水平的考核有了可比的基础。
Net loss rate is the comprehensive assessment of the economic operation of the power grid and technology management.
