锐迪科微电子(上海)有限公司的周思友没有想到,他2010年10月中旬才提交了上海落户申请材料,仅仅2个月后,就已经审核通过。这位来自安徽的专业人才有幸成为直接申办上海户口新政实施后的第一批落户人才。与之前落户人才不同的是,他既没有经历落户上海的打分制,也没有经过居住证满7年的漫长等待,而是直接申办了上海户口。周思友的经历只是近期上海人才工作的一个缩影。2010年12月以来,上海在人才引进工作上连续重拳出击,抢在“十二五”启动之初,率先打响了人才争夺战的首炮,更宣示着上海“四个中心”建设的勃勃雄心。

Since December 2010, Shanghai has taken the lead in continuously recruiting talents and grabbed the first “12th Five-year” start-up. As a result, Shanghai first set off the first battle of talent warfare and declared “four centers ”Ambitious construction.
