农村小学生大部分学习主动愿望不强,学习习惯和能力相对滞后……经实践论证,我们把学生学习质量提高的关键定位在自主学习能力提升上。经过不断研究和课堂观察,我们确立并实践了“需求式三环六步教学法”。这一方法突出学生、突出学习、突出合作、突出探究,激发学生内在的学习潜能,使自主学习在课堂上真正落实,使学生获得持久的学习动力,掌握良好的学习方法,最终实现“自愿自发,自启自动”的自主学习状态。
Most of rural primary school students do not actively desire to learn, their learning habits and abilities are lagging behind. The practical demonstration shows that the key to improving the quality of students’ learning is to improve their autonomous learning ability. After continuous research and classroom observation, we established and practiced the “demand-type three-ring six-step teaching method.” This method highlights students, highlights learning, highlights cooperation, highlights exploration, stimulates students’ inherent potential for learning, enables self-directed learning to be truly implemented in the classroom, empowers students with lasting learning motivation and mastery of good learning methods and ultimately “voluntary Spontaneous, self-starting automatically ”state of self-learning.
