采用修改的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及修改的Ames试验研究了传统清热解毒中药为主要配方的抗癌保健茶抗致突变效果.结果:抗癌保健茶在剂量为16667mg/kg时,能明显地抑制由环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的发生率,在剂量为10000、5000和2500ug/皿时,能明显直接灭活致突变物TNF,降低TA98的回复突变菌落数;在剂量为10000、5000ug/皿时,能明显抑制TNT对TA98的致突变作用;在剂量为10000、50000ug/皿时,能明显地抑制已受TNF致突变作用的TA98的突变表达.上述结果均表现出良好的剂量-反应关系。
The modified murine bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test and the modified Ames test were used to study the antimutagenic effect of traditional heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine as the main formula of anti-cancer health tea. Results: The anti-cancer health tea at a dose of 16667 mg/kg could significantly inhibit the incidence of micronuclei in bone marrow-derived polychromatic erythrocytes induced by cyclophosphamide. At doses of 10,000, 5,000, and 2500 ug/dish, The mutated TNF was obviously and directly inactivated, and the number of revertant colonies of TA98 was reduced. When the dose was 10000 and 5000 ug/dim, the mutagenicity of TNT on TA98 was obviously inhibited; when the dose was 10000, 50000 ug/dim, it was obvious. Inhibition of mutated expression of TA98 that has been mutated by TNF. The above results all showed a good dose-response relationship.
