在信息搜索中至关重要的环节是消费决策,然而旅游产品的四种特性大大增加了旅游消费决策的风险。因此,目标产品信息的收集需要旅游者借助外力,用来辅助旅游决策和降低风险。所以,旅游信息搜索行为研究具有非常重要的意义。本文通过对近年相关旅游信息搜索行为研究做一次深刻的回顾和总结,重点主要集中在旅游信息需求与搜索动机、旅游信息源、搜索内容偏好、搜索行为特征和搜索者特性等5个方面进行综述。
The key aspect of information search is consumer decision-making. However, four characteristics of tourism products greatly increase the risk of tourism consumption decision-making. Therefore, the collection of target product information requires tourists to use external force to assist tourism decision-making and reduce risks. Therefore, the study of travel information search has very important significance. In this paper, we make a deep review and summary of the related research on tourism information search in recent years, focusing on five aspects of tourism information demand and search motivation, tourism information source, search content preference, search behavior characteristics and searcher characteristics. .
