近年来,浙江省湖州市围绕加快建设“富饶、秀美、宜居、乐活”的现代化生态型滨湖大城市的战略目标,不断加大城市建设力度、加快城乡统筹和旧城更新步伐,城市建设取得了较大进展,城市功能、品质都有了极大提升。但随着城市建设的深入,由房屋征收、房产纠纷、商品房质量等问题引起的上访、群访案例增多,一些历史遗留问题和深层次矛盾日渐暴露。信访稳定是国家狠抓不懈的重点工作,事关建设事业的健康发展、事关社会和谐稳定。我们必须正确认识形势,认真分析掌握其特点,从小事入手、从源头抓起、在平时努力,确保建设系统信访稳定。
