目的探讨口炎清组分玄参对于小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。方法应用抗生素头孢曲松钠灌胃的方法建立小鼠肠道菌群失衡模型。利用观察称量等方法观察小鼠临床表征的变化,以及盲肠指数和脾指数的变化。利用活菌计数法分析肠道优势菌群的变化趋势。结果 (1)菌群失衡组盲肠指数增高(P<0.05);自然恢复组盲肠指数变化不明显;玄参流膏与大豆低聚糖回灌组盲肠指数均显著下降(P<0.05),呈恢复趋势。(2)菌群失衡组脾脏指数有下降趋势,自然恢复组脾脏指数无明显变化;玄参流膏组与大豆低聚糖回灌组脾脏指数均有所上升,呈恢复趋势。(3)菌群失衡组厌氧菌被抑制,需氧球菌大量繁殖。自然恢复组菌群种类和数量变化不明显,玄参组厌氧菌重新出现,尤其是双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、韦荣球菌和类杆菌的出现预示着菌群正在逐渐恢复正常。结论玄参流膏可以促进菌群失衡小鼠盲肠和脾脏大小的恢复,可以调节小鼠肠道菌群失衡,具有类似大豆低聚糖的益生元功效。
Objective To investigate the regulation effect of Kushanin fraction on mouse intestinal flora. Methods The intragastric imbalance model of mice was established by intragastric administration of ceftriaxone antibiotics. Observed by weighing and other methods to observe the changes in clinical signs of mice, as well as changes in the cecal and spleen index index. The trend of dominant intestinal flora in intestine was analyzed by viable count method. The results showed that: (1) The caecum index of the imbalanced group increased (P <0.05); the changes of the cecum index of the natural recovery group were not obvious; the caecum index of the Xuan miao liu paste and the soybean oligosaccharide reperfusion group decreased significantly (P <0.05) Restore the trend. (2) The spleen index of bacterial imbalance group showed a decreasing trend, while the spleen index of natural recovery group had no obvious change. The spleen index of Xuan Senliu cream group and soybean oligosaccharide reperfusion group all increased, showing a recovery trend. (3) Anaerobic bacteria in the imbalance flora were inhibited and aerobic bacteria multiplied. The species and quantity of the flora in the natural recovery group did not change obviously, and the anaerobic bacteria in the figwort reappeared, especially the appearance of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Veillonella and Bacteroides indicates that the flora is gradually returning to normal. Conclusion Scrophulariaceae cream can promote the recovery of the cecal and spleen size in mice with imbalanced flora, regulate the imbalance of intestinal microflora in mice and have the effect of prebiotic like soy oligosaccharides.
