在1 000m3LPG球罐定期检验时发现球罐内部底部焊缝热影响区边缘有一凹坑,经MT检测发现坑内有辐射状裂纹。首先对其形成进行分析,此辐射状裂纹是由湿H2S环境应力腐蚀造成。之后打磨消除,其深度达壁厚1/2。依据标准规范应进行维修,由使用单位找有资质维修改造单位进行维修,我单位对其进行监督检验。维修前制定了比较完善的操作性强的施工方案和技术措施。维修结束后进行RT、MT检测合格,然后进行耐压试验,全部合格后方可投入使用。
