Objective To analyze the pollution level of dioxins (PCDD / Fs) in fish and the fingerprints of their homologues in Shenzhen. Methods The marine fish and freshwater fish from farmed fish bases in Shenzhen City from 2004 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. According to the standard EPA EPAI613 isotope dilution high resolution gas chromatography coupled with high resolution dual confocal mass spectrometry (HRGC / HRMS ) Technology for qualitative and quantitative analysis of PCDD / Fs in samples. Results The average concentration of dioxins in fish samples was 0.90 pg / (g · ww). The average toxic equivalent concentration (TEQ) was 0.088pg WHO-TEQ / (g · ww) according to the WHO Equivalent Toxicity Scale (WHO-TEF2005) ). Different types of fish between the PCDD / Fs levels vary widely. The average monthly PCDD / Fs exposure of fish intake in this region is estimated at 4.80 pg WHO-TEQ / (kg · BW · m). Conclusion The levels of fish dioxin in each year did not exceed the limit set by the EU.
