1982—1983年,我们对“汕优2号”的高产栽培技术进行了探索,并在四合公社调查了“汕优2号”亩产1200斤左右的高产群体结构及管理措施。两年都是采取温室两段育秧,3月底进温室,5月中旬栽插,7月中旬抽穗,9月下旬收获。从“汕优2号”出温室起,每周进行一次秧苗素质测定,直到收获。取样前严格调查全田茎蘖数。平均取样10穴。测定的项目有:株高,叶挺长,全展顶叶长、宽,每穴绿叶片数,主茎叶片数,总鲜重,叶面积系数。测定后,把全部考查苗数以75℃烘干至恒重,求其总于重(不计根系)以及主要器官的干重(叶片、茎秆、叶鞘、穗部)。1983年还搞了叶绿素含量和经济系数的测定,并联系“汕优2号”的栽培特点和主要生理、生态条件分析高产栽培条件下的群体结构和干物质累计与分配特点,系统地观察了“汕优2号”各主要生育时期的长势、长相和苗情诊断指标,为高产提供依据。
