近几年我们应用酮康唑治疗97例真菌感染患者,疗效满意,报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 药物酮康唑为白色或淡褐色粉末,无臭,无味。片剂每片含酮康唑200mg;若外用则临时用2％稀盐酸配成1％酮康唑溶液或用生理盐水配成1％混悬剂。 1.2 病例选择共治疗97例,男性62例,女性35例;最小年龄为出生16天的新生儿,最大年龄为78岁。口腔念珠菌病17例,肾移植后真菌感染18例,严重伤及内脏器宫大手术后真菌感染6例,严重内脏疾病伴真菌感染13例,浅部真菌病25例,其他18例均有典型的临床表现,并经直接镜检阳性及培养鉴定菌种后作为治疗观察对象。唯真菌尿患者无明显自觉症状,但中段尿直接镜检及培养2次以上阳性。
