马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒湖南株第9个片段编码非结构蛋白NS5,利用pET-32a(+)载体带有组氨酸标记的重组蛋白进行表达,获得纯化的重组蛋白。利用凝胶电泳阻滞检测试验(EMSA)检测蛋白和核酸的结合作用,结果表明NS5蛋白能与病毒基因组dsRNA结合。
The 9th fragment of Dendrolimus punctatus type polyhedrosis virus Hunan strain encoded a non-structural protein NS5, which was expressed by the recombinant protein with histidine tagged on pET-32a (+) vector to obtain the purified recombinant protein. The binding of protein to nucleic acid was detected by gel electrophoresis block assay (EMSA). The results showed that the NS5 protein could bind to the viral genome dsRNA.
