为了适应现代职业教育特点,高职语文教学改革迫在眉睫。高职语文教学教师分层是高职语文教学改革的有益尝试,结合职业院校学生及语文教师的基本情况,可根据教学目标、教学过程和教学拓展对高职语文教师进行分层,同时,分层对高职语文教师也提出了动态化分层、多样化教学、内涵化自身、多元化评价等要求。
