目的制定一整套科学有效的工具体系,以便在短时间内,花费最小代价获得质量安全参数,减少药品在流通环节出现的药品质量事故,提高用药安全。方法查阅文献,实地考察,通过对不同企业的物流方式、质量保证体系、温度控制等方面进行调研、分析和总结。结果河南模式利用现代信息化建设技术,通过药品生产企业和药品使用单位提供的公开透明的药品交易信息平台,利用现代物流保障供应体系的既有成果,提高了药品质量调研和评价效率。结论该模式更有利于药品质量监管的效果,值得推广。
Objective To develop a set of scientific and effective tool system so as to obtain the quality and safety parameters at a minimum cost in a short period of time and reduce the quality accidents caused by drugs in circulation and improve the safety of medication. Methods Through literature review and field investigation, the paper investigates, analyzes and summarizes the logistics modes, quality assurance systems and temperature control of different enterprises. Results The Henan model made use of modern informatization construction technology to improve the efficiency of drug quality research and evaluation by using the open and transparent drug trading information platform provided by the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and drug users and using the existing achievements of modern logistics to safeguard the supply system. Conclusion This model is more conducive to the quality of drug regulatory results, it is worth promoting.
