我院在一九八六年十二月——一九八七年二月共收治五例大面积脑梗塞病人,其中1例二十八天基本全愈出院,3例平均五十一天好转出院,1例住院第三天死亡,死亡率20％。病例报告例1,男性,48岁,因突然头痛、呕吐、左侧肢体活动不灵三天于八七年二月二十七日入院。既往:风心病、心房纤颤八年。血压120/80mmHg,脉搏强弱不等,嗜睡状态,言语欠清,双侧眼球活动自如,双侧瞳孔2.5mm,光反应迟钝,双侧眼底视乳头界限清楚,动脉细,反光强,左侧鼻唇沟浅,伸舌不能,左面部感觉迟钝,颈部有轻度抵抗,左侧肢体全瘫,肌张力低,左侧肢体腱反射减弱,肢体感觉迟钝,左侧Babinski(+),Chaddock(+),尿失禁。发病第三天做头部CT:右侧
