目的探讨纤支镜术在儿科呼吸道疾病中的临床应用价值。方法根据我院2009～2010年期间进行的100例纤支镜术诊治操作的临床病例,分为气道异物治疗组、非异物性肺不张组、喘息组、慢性咳嗽组、ICU组、安全性研究组及其他组等。结论纤支镜术能安全的应用于儿科呼吸道疾病的诊断和治疗;对临床上病因诊断困难、治疗效果不佳的局限性肺气肿、肺不张、喘息、慢性咳嗽等患者,早期进行纤支镜术并进行必要的灌洗治疗,往往可以获得满意的结果。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of bronchoscopy in pediatric respiratory diseases.
