资金是企业运营与发展的“血液”。合理保证企业资金安全,实现资金在企业生产经营各环节中的高效运转,是当前企业集团保持健康发展的有效途径。因此,很多企业集团通过设立内部银行、结算中心、财务公司等形式,有效实现对集团资金的集中管理。资金集约化管理在企业内部管理运营中发挥着举足轻重的效用,能够有效盘活资金,实现资金资源的优化配置,有效缓解企业资金紧张状况。本文就当前我国煤炭企业资金集中管理存在的问题,提出一些有效的解决途径。

Intensive fund management plays an important role in the internal management and operation of an enterprise. It can effectively revitalize funds, optimize the allocation of financial resources and effectively alleviate the financial situation of enterprises. This paper puts forward some effective solutions to the existing problems in centralized management of the funds of coal enterprises in our country.
