西谚有云“History travels in a circle”。
Western saying goes “History travels in a circle”. In fact, if people stop chasing “name” and “profit”, society will lose its impetus to move forward. For any business, how to satisfy the employees’ pursuit of “name” and “profitability” - in other words - how to design their level system and salary system - is a major issue in business management. But to the programmers in the software enterprise, how to rate them - “name” and how to decide the salary for them - “profit”? The attraction and flow of software companies to the technicians are a kind of game, How to achieve a better balance is not only of great significance to the manager, but also to the programmer himself. It is also necessary to have a peaceful attitude. We have provided two articles in this issue to discuss this issue, I believe these experts point of view allows all readers to be enlightened.
