本研究对某职业学院90名非英语专业学生进行了跨文化交际敏感度水平调查。调查结果表明,高职生总体跨文化敏感度水平偏低,在跨文化敏感度五项因素中,交际参与度水平最高,交际专注度、差异认同感和交际信心依次排后,但交际愉悦感远低于其他四因素,因此要分析原因,发展高职学生跨文化敏感度水平,提高其跨文化交际能力。
In this study, 90 non-English majors in a vocational college were surveyed for intercultural communication sensitivity. The survey results show that the overall level of cross-cultural sensitivity of higher vocational students is low, among the five factors of cross-cultural sensitivity, the highest level of communicative engagement, followed by communicative concentration, discernment and communicative confidence, but communicative pleasure Far below the other four factors, so we should analyze the reasons for the development of vocational students cross-cultural sensitivity level and improve their intercultural communication skills.
